When you request a quote, Rio may collect your installation address, roof selection, system choices, name, email address, phone number, consent choices, and limited technical metadata needed to operate and improve the service.

How Rio uses it

Rio uses this data to prepare and send your quote, follow up through the contact channels you allow, operate the quote journey safely, and measure service performance where you have given consent.

Authorised Rio and partner operators may view quote, lead, proposal, and contact details in Rio's operational tools, including approved assistant or connector experiences that use Rio's access controls and audit logs.

Consent and cookies

Analytics and marketing measurement are controlled through the website consent choices. If you accept marketing measurement, Rio may send your IP address, user agent, and approved campaign identifiers (such as ad click IDs when present) to partners like Google, Meta, and TikTok so Rio can measure which campaigns lead to quote requests.

Rio does not enable this paid-campaign measurement when you reject marketing cookies, and you can update those choices at any time through the cookie settings banner.
